In the event a product arrives damaged, please contact us through email or social media and we will take care of the situation.

Payment Plans

Klarna

Klarna allows you to pay in several ways depending on your needs. They offer three credit products in the UK - two 'Buy Now, Pay Later' products (Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days) and a longer term financing option for higher-ticket items. To use Klarna you must be a UK resident over the age of 18.

Clearpay

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands).

Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future.

Laybuy

Laybuy is a buy now, pay later meaning you never pay the full price at checkout – simply pay 1/6 of the total price at the checkout and the rest over 5 weeks. You must be over the age of 18 and have a valid credit or debit card. If you are unable to make a payment within 24 hours of the due date, a late fee of £6 will be charged. If you do not make a payment within another 7 days, another £6 will be charged. The maximum amount of late fees charged for a single purchase is £24. For further information, visit Laybuy's website.

Pre-Orders

We have a selection of products which are available for pre-order only such as: hard sole shoes and Christening garments. Our pre-order service allows you to place an upfront payment for items that are not currently in stock. We then order directly from our stockist and allow 5 days for the items to arrive with us. All items are quality checked and carefully packaged up and posted directly to the customer. The estimated arrival time to the customer, entirely depends on the postage option chosen at the checkout. In the unlikely event of any issues, we will contact you via the email given, so please ensure this is correct.
